Tone and Trampoline

A “rebounding” class. A cardio-vascular workout using mini-trampolines. Students execute low to mid impact aerobics done to a mix of popular dance music including House, Old School Disco, R&B and EDM.

These classes are for beginning and intermediate dancers 18+ who love the joy and discipline of the dance and the feeling of accomplishment that it brings. Adult Ballet I consists of a body alignment floor barre and working with thera bands for strengthening and placement.
