Erica Soffa

Teaches at CocuSocial Cooking Classes

After graduating from Johnson and Wales, Erica Soffa became an apprentice at Michelin starred Mozza restaurant. Chef Erica has a total of 10 years experience working as a pastry chef and manager in several restaurants. She is now going back to teaching and is the instructor at the New School. She enjoyed watching students growing everyday and hearing about what they applied at home.
