What you'll learn in this yoga class:

A moving flow of yoga postures focusing on breath and body awareness. Deep stretching and strengthening. Modification offered to support you safely during your practice. The result is improved balance, strength, and clarity.

All levels welcome.

Please arrive 10 minutes before class time to register. Mats and equipment are provided for. You may bring your own mat if you have one to use. 


Remote Learning

This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.

Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
