Policy for one day workshop and sip and spin:
No Refund. 3 months valid credit if cancellation is made in writing to CourseHorse one week prior to the class. Please note, a class can only be rescheduled once, and one week advanced notice is required. Classes and/or Workshops booked less than a week prior to the start of the program are final sale; there will be no refunds or rescheduling available. There will be a $10 rebooking charged for each registration that is rescheduled. There will be no exceptions to this policy regardless of the circumstances.
7 or 8 Week Class Session:
$100 deposit is non-refundable. The balance of the class tuition will be refunded for cancellation made in writing, no later than 7 days prior the first day of the session. No refunds available for cancellations made less than a week prior the start of the session.
Make-Ups: Up to 2 missed classes can be made up during the same session if the student has given 24 hour prior notice he/she will miss a class. Make ups can not be rescheduled.
Wheel Throwing Intensive:
$170 will be refunded for cancellation made in writing one week prior to the start of the Wheel Intensive Session. No refund or credit will be available after that. Make up class can only be provided for the glazing portion of this workshop.
