Description

Don’t let the sushi chef have all the fun! Come and learn how to spread, layer, tuck, and roll your way to sushi heaven. In this fun, hands-on cooking class, you'll learn the skills needed to make sushi rolls at home, including how to prepare sushi rice, select sushi-grade fish, and add tasty neta (ingredients) to enhance your rolls.

What You'll Learn

  • Techniques for making three types of sushi rolls: Spicy Tuna, Traditional Veggie Maki, and Salmon Avocado.

  • How to prepare sushi rice and make it the perfect consistency for your rolls.

  • How to select sushi-grade fish, vegetables, and other ingredients to enhance your sushi rolls.

  • How to make homemade ponzu sauce that you can recreate from scratch at home.

Supplies and Materials

  • All ingredients and materials for making sushi will be provided.

Additional Notes

  • Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in.

  • You’ll be seated with your booking party and will work together, sharing ingredients and equipment, and will be distanced from other guests.

  • Drinks are available for purchase at the venue but are not included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed.

  • This class is for guests 21+ only.

Refund Policy

Cancellation or reschedule request has to be made at least 5 business days before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 16 business days for groups of 6 people or more.

For cancellation requests, please contact us at [email protected] in order to receive credits for booking a future class. Tickets are non-refundable.

However, you are always welcome to send someone in your place because we understand things could happen.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

    It was a delightful evening. Well prepared and informative. I turned out to be a less than accomplished sushi maker, but I loved trying.
