What you'll learn in this other dance class:

Qoya is a shift in consciousness through movement that evolves the way we have been taught to move our bodies as women. Drawn from the wisdom of yoga, creative expression in dance, and the pleasure found in sensual movement, Qoya helps women enjoy and revel in their feminine bodies. Qoya classes combine the traditional benefits of fitness -- including strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, and agility training -- with a unique empowering approach that is feminine, expressive, and, most importantly, fun.

The magic of Qoya is in its ability to evoke the essence of each of these movement forms:

yoga = wise
dance= wild
sensual movement = free

This class is for women only although Qoya is expanding into more coed opportunities if that's an interest for the student in the future.
Any attire is fine as long as it's comfortable.

Most students wear workout or yoga style clothing. We generally dance barefoot although shoes are allowed.

Refund Policy

Cancellations for all in studio classes must be made at least 1 business day before the start of class.
Students that do not attend the class will not receive a refund or credit.

The school reserves the right to cancel a class should the class have an enrollment of less than five students. Students will be notified at least 3 hours prior to the start of class if there is a cancellation. Please make sure your contact information is up to date when you register for classes. If the school cancels a class due to low enrollment, the student will receive a credit to their account. No refund will be given.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
