If you register for a workshop but are unable to attend please let us know at least 3 business days before the workshop is scheduled to begin.

• If we received your request more than 3 business days before the event takes place you can either get a refund to your form of payment minus 30% administration fee, or you can get a full refund credited to your account (this credit can be used toward purchasing any other class or workshop).
• If cancellation is received less than 3 business days before the event, a refund will not be possible.

Absence to a workshop or event is non refundable. If you cancel on the day of the workshop or after it has taken place, a refund or credit will not be possible. Workshops and events could be occasionally canceled by the studio if there's insufficient interest, or if a teacher has an emergency. If your event was canceled you will be notified by email as soon as possible and you will received a full refund or full credit towards your account if you choose.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.
