I'm not a big fan of tours, especially interactive ones... but I had heard god things about Museum Hack and I wanted to view The MET in a new way. Both reasons proved correct. Our guides, Anna (leader) and Sara, were enthusiastic, quick (witted), and interesting. They picked (what felt like, but surely wasn't) random items in The MET and told us interesting and sometimes irrelevant details about them - there wasn't one thing I found boring. Would totally recommend for new and well-seasoned visitors to The MET. Night tours are especially good, as there are fewer people about.

Went on this tour with Lindsay - she was so amazing! I learned new things about history an art, and lots of laughs were involved. Also loved the awesome sunglasses and Starbursts we got during the tour. Definitely would recommend this tour to someone going to the Met, whether they've visited before or not.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time during our VIP tour of the Met. The tour was a birthday gift to me from her and I looked forward to it for weeks. Our tour guides, Anna and Frank, were knowledgeable and humorous. They tailored our tour on questions they had asked our group at the start. We saw numerous artifacts and paintings and were given the "inside scoop" on the works we encountered. They even held a contest on who took the best photo of a subject that they picked out. I happened to win that contest and the prize was something that I was very fond of in the museum store. Anna even took pictures of us in front of a sculpture of our choosing and she printed them up so that we can take them home. Overall it was a terrific way to spend and evening.

My husband and I are Met members, but this was an entirely new way to tour the Met. Our tour guides were very well-informed and friendly. We had so much fun browsing the museum with our tour group! There were lots of laughs, great stories about artifacts we had never even noticed, and some fun games as well. I'd recommend this tour to anyone looking to squeeze a lot into a few hours. I highly recommend to both out of town visitors and native New Yorkers!
