For People Who Don’t Like Museums
Museum Hack tours focus on the incredible works hidden in deep dark corners. Our renegade tour guides will tell stories to keep you engaged in awesomely unconventional ways.
We Hacked It
Our un-highlights tour puts an alternative spin on the museum, featuring other sides to the highlights we love, as well as some of the strangest, wildest, sexiest stories hidden throughout the museum. Each Museum Hack tour is customized based on the audience. Because we have small groups, the guides can modify the agenda based on your experience.
We promise you will have an active, fun, engaging session. 110% satisfaction guaranteed.

The tour was great and informative! My tour guide Zak was an absolute riot and full of fun and interesting facts. We only had time to talk about so many objects/artifacts but I was impressed with the number of exhibits we covered! I've been to the National History Museum at least 8 times in the past but I must say going this time on the tour must have been my favorite visit.
So much fun! It was interactive, it was interesting, it was entertaining! Great for someone going by themselves or with a friend!!
This was, by far, the best museum tour I've even been on!! Our guide, Adrian, was incredibly knowledgeable and at the same time, incredibly hilarious! So great to get information about the art and artists with a sense of humor instead of a droll dialogue. We had a wonderfully small group and we all interacted really well. And surprisingly enough, we didn't just walk around and look at and talk about art -- Adrian gave us things to do to make the tour even more fun. Not giving away what we did - everyone else will just have to take a tour to find out. A definite 5 star, thumbs way up kind of tour!
I took the 2-hour BBT tour by myself (with the group) and had a lot of fun. The guide was knowledgeable, interesting, and very opinionated which made it entertaining. We walked through the museum and focused on select pieces of art, either produced by women (the few!) or portraying women and went through different activities like "picking a woman you'd want to hang out with and why" that helped us all really pay attention to works in a new way. Highly recommend it!
Evan led a great tour, moving swiftly and covering all the 20 sections. It was interesting and fun
