I LOVED this class. I'm completely new to handwriting/calligraphy (and not at all an artist) but Heather (the instructor) was INSPIRING, sweet, friendly and a great teacher. She's seriously the most talented person I've ever met. I'm going to practice a lot so maybe someday I'll be good enough to take her more advanced classes! :) I'd highly recommend this class. It's reasonably priced (although if you want to continue what you've learned - you'll still need to buy the tools and materials from Plaza.) But they aren't very much - and it's nice to support a local art store. Heather was awesome! Loved her.

Did a lot of practice which I know is essential. Thought the teacher could have put more individual instruction in it rather than sitting quietly while we copied letters.
