Great class, learned dumpling shaping/pleating techniques which was fun & educational. It would've been nice to leave with a copy of the recipe though so we don't forget how to make them!
So happy to have had Carol as an instructor! She is very easy going, fun, and patient. The highlight for me was the fact she used fresh dough (she had to let the dough rise and that takes a bit of time so she prepared a batch before hand for the class) but so happy those store bough wrappers were not used. Instead all fresh ingredients. I highly encourage everyone to take this course. It's an easy recipe you can share at family gatherings and Carol will walk you through several folding techniques.
