As she began to experience the many gifts a regular practice bestows—including an expanded sense of awareness and well-being—she was inspired to share and to help make it more accessible to family, friends, staff and colleagues. In addition to instructing Group classes and Private sessions at Dream, she takes her Yoga teaching ‘on-the-road’ to Northern Virginia schools’ teachers and staff and to those she encounters worldwide. A long-time student of Luann’s (Dream Yoga’s Founder & Director) and Kripalu Yoga, Alicia is certified, RYT-200 in Pranakriya Yoga, based in the Kripalu Yoga tradition, and a Pranakriya Prenatal Yoga Instructor.
