Teaches at Pretty Lady Pole Fit

Michele has been involved in athletics the majority of her life, participating in ballet, modern, and tap from childhood through high school as well as paying on varsity sports teams (volleyball, basketball and softball) in high school. After joining a local gym she was recommended to take group exercise instructor training. This led to a 9 year career of teaching step, floor (mat) exercise, weight-lifting group exercise, as well as spin classes, kickboxing, and cardio bootcamp classes. During this time, Michele also became certified as a personal trainer. Michele is currently certified to teach group exercise through AFAA and is certified as a Level 1/2 Pole Instructor through Xpert Pole. In addition to teaching pole fitness class, Michele has taught floor-based classes, pilates, chair classes and pole strength formats. She enjoys teaching the non-traditional student to prove that they too CAN pole. What she loves most about pole dancing is that no 2 pole dancers are alike; pole allows you to express your individuality and find your own style and strengths.
