Bellydance Choreography: Open Level

at NS Workouts - Murray Hill (Queens) 4129 163rd St, Flushing, New York 11358

This is an open level curriculum based class which teaches open/beginner 2 level Bellydance technique and choreography. New choreography is introduced every 3-4 months. Prior Bellydance experience is not required however if you do not have any dance, zumba experience it is recommended to attend this class along with Bellydance Fitness class.

Conditioning for Ballet Lines
