Description
What you'll learn in this guitar class:
Intro to Lead Guitar is a course designed for rhythm guitar players who have a desire to play guitar solos but have absolutely no lead guitar experience!
From simple licks to basic pentatonic scales you will start from the ground up and be playing solos with an understanding of what to do and what sounds cool. There will be simple exercises, patterns and licks. Hammer-ons, pull offs, slides, bends and other techniques will be covered as well as being able to play solos over a 12-bar blues.
For students who have completed Guitar For Advanced Beginners or who are otherwise familiar with basic open and barre chords and basic strums. Acoustic guitars available for use in the classroom, or bring your own electric guitar!

Note: This provider has a temporary cancellation policy for COVID-19 related cancellations which is as follows:
If a student drops from their class at least 48 hours prior to the start date, we can issue a full refund or save the credit for a later date.

Original cancellation policy (non-COVID-19):
You can withdraw from a class at any time after it begins by notifying us for a one hundred percent credit (not a refund) for future sessions which are scheduled after your drop date. You can use that credit towards any other class session. Please note that you can't get credit for sessions which ran before you contacted us, so call early.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
