Limited seating in all classes. Fees are non-refundable. If a class is missed, students can arrange to participate in the next session. Students must arrange to reschedule within 2 months. "No shows" may not reschedule a session. Any cancellations within 48 hours of class start date are considered a "no show".

Please note: Classes are normally NOT cancelled if only 1 student is registered. In this case, please note the following: 1) venue may change from originally listed location, and 2) training time will be reduced by 1 hour, or for multi-day/evening classes, training time may be reduced by 1 evening. Student will be informed 1-2 days prior to class start date if he/she is the only registrant.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
