Gather with friends and enjoy a cozy evening where you will prepare a restaurant-quality meal while sipping wine. Learn to prepare each component of a classic French-inspired dinner menu:

Crispy duck breast with pan sauce, featuring perfectly seared duck cooked to tender perfection with a rich, flavorful sauce
Cauliflower gratin, a creamy and elegant vegetable side dish
Garlic-sautéed spinach, bright and aromatic
Crêpes suzette for dessert, a classic French preparation featuring thin, delicate crêpes in a buttery orange sauce

School Notes:

We don't have any age restrictions on either our classes or events. We take people of all ages, but those under 21 years of age are not allowed to consume wine or any alcoholic beverages.

Refund Policy

Tickets can be fully refunded up to a week before the class
If less than a week, you may reschedule or request a refund, with a $25 per ticket fee
If within 48 hours of class, there will be no refunds issued or rescheduling allowed (but tickets are transferable)
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount
