Why should I attend this workshop?

• After years of facilitating discovery, research, and design sprints on new business ideas, we often found we were working on problems that were unclear and not worth solving.
• Problem Framing changed all of that. We had so much success with it, we created this workshop to share our learnings and process with others.

What will I learn?

• Separate "good" problems from "bad"
• Prioritize the top problems based on potential business impact and user value
• Establish team-wide, cross-functional understanding of the problem
• Bring the business context of the problem into the discussion
• Visualize the users impacted by the problem and their current experience
