The MBSR course is designed to introduce mindfulness meditation practice as a way of reducing stress and developing greater balance, control, and fuller participation in your life. Mindfulness is a way of learning to relate directly to whatever is happening in your life including the challenges of stress, pain, illness, and everyday demands.
The MBSR course is highly experiential and participatory. Classes include instruction in a variety of mindfulness meditation practices, gentle stretching, mindful yoga, and guided individual and group inquiry.

This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.

Cancellations made 3 or more business days in advance will receive a full credit for a rescheduled date with this provider

Registrants who cancel their registration by the Wednesday of the week prior to the start of class will receive a full refund. No refunds will be granted after that date. Pace University reserves the right to substitute instructors, change the day or time a program meets, or cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen events. If a class is canceled, a full refund will be issued.
