Our mission is to restore our well-being in the era of increasingly sedentary and isolated lifestyle brought by the unprecedentedly rapid advancement of technology.
Our goal is to promote healthy body posture, efficient and elegant body movements, mindfulness in everyday life, and reconnection of the body-mind with the Universe.
Our offering is a brand new experience of reconnecting your body, mind, and the Universe, which is affordable and accessible to a wide variety of people, regardless of age or fitness level. As as a millennial from China, Tai Chi Ray has adapted Tai Chi and Qigong study into a pleasant and gradual learning experience. These step-by-step programs are enjoyable to learn, easy to practice, and practical to use in daily life.
This is a wonderful Tai Chi class. You get very personalized instruction and Ray is clearly passionate and knowledgeable about practicing and teaching Tai Chi. The class is accessible to anyone, even if you’ve never tried Tai Chi. It’s both challenging and relaxing. I’ll definitely be back!
As a new person to meditation and Tai Chi this was an excellent experience. Ray initiated the session with a meditation explaining every single step and what to expect from them and continued with the intro to the Tai Chi movements. I wasn’t able to stay for the whole class but I will highly recommend it and will return
