Amanda Babine, Director, Evaluate for Change
Amanda is the Director of Evaluate for Change (@Evaluate4Change), a program evaluation training company that teaches social sector professional how to measure their impact. She has worked in the nonprofit field in both a direct practice and research capacity. Before directing Evaluate for Change, she has evaluated large citywide programs working at Columbia University and the City University of New York (CUNY). Before transitioning into a more quantitative role, she worked at the Center for the Study of Social Policy developing a youth well-being framework while conducting Participatory Action Research (PAR) with marginalized communities throughout New York City. Amanda holds a Master's Degree in Public Policy and Social Work from Columbia University.

Jessica Zulawski, Senior Evaluation Trainer, Evaluate for Change
Jessica is a program evaluation professional specializing in analyzing educational interventions and who is passionate about supporting non-profits with evaluation. She currently works as the Data and Evaluation Associate at Broome Street Academy where she manages student information, oversees state reporting, and evaluates educational outcomes. Prior to joining Broome Street Academy, Jessica completed a Master’s Degree at New York University in Education and Social Policy program and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development at Cornell University.
