A native of Paris, Virginia has garnered ten years of experience as a chocolate expert in both France and the United States.

In her current role as an ambassador for Chocolat Michel Cluizel, Virginia has taken lead roles in major projects for Cluizel, including the "How to take chocolate workshop" in Paris.

She also made an appearance at the World Chocolate conference (also in Paris), while balancing her responsibilities of the event design.

In addition, Virginia has made both television and radio appearances in France, as well as creating a wine and chocolate yoga class in Brooklyn, New York.

Truffle Making Night

I went with my wife for a truffle making class with Virginia and we were not disappointed! She's personable, very knowledgeable about the chocolate-making process, and knew how to make the creative part of the class fun (and tasty)! We made some great-looking truffles that could easily work as gifts for others too. 10/10 would do again.
