Nan Mutnick

Teaches at Bronxville Adult School

Nan Mutnick has been practicing yoga for over twenty years. She finds the effect that yoga has on people truly astounding, bringing balance and clarity into everyday awareness. Nan teaches with the constant reminder that it’s a yoga practice not a yoga perfect, and to accept what’s happening in that moment without judgment or comparison. She received her 200/hour RYT certification at Yoga Haven. She also holds certifications in Pre/Post Natal Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Chair Yoga. Nan is a perpetual student at the Writing Institute at Sarah Lawrence College. She blogs at nanyoga.com, and her essay “Scrounge” was read for 650's Where Writers Read live event. She is currently working on her first novel.
