Victoria Davis has been practicing yoga, in some form, since early childhood. Beginning as a gymnast at the age of three, body-mind integration became an integral part of development. It was not until her first yoga class, at the age of 19, that understanding of her true passion took form.
Victoria grew up on a farm in the Midwest and has a Bachelor's in Media & Linguistics, with great focus on psychology.

She gained her initial yoga certification with Sri Dharma Mittra at the Dharma Yoga Center in New York, and is currently completing her 500 hour advanced certification. Victoria is an avid meditator, and has been studying Buddhism for three years. She is particularly drawn to the practices of Shamatha & Vipashyana and teachings of Douglas Veenhof, which she integrates into her teachings.
