Bill De Fossett is a former member of the New York City Emergency Services and has operated a Security Guard Training School for more than 10 years. Mr. De Fossett has been an executive with many of the major Security Guard Companies in New York. He is also an expert on Security Guard training for the Legal Aid Society. He also has provided personal protection and conducted seminars on Anti-terrorism and Security Operations. Please note that these courses are NYS Approved and taught by PBD Investigations / Security Guard Training School.
