Michael Pocchia

Teaches at Borough of Manhattan Community College

Michael Pocchia has been a professor of Legal Studies for over 22 years and a practicing attorney for over 25 years, with experience in both civil and criminal litigation. He has lectured in colleges, business schools and corporations throughout the United States during his career and has instructed in both classroom and online programs. His current lectures focus on Essential Paralegal Skills, Notary Law, Business Law, Criminal Law, Intellectual Property and Family Law. He is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey as well as several United States District Courts and the United States Supreme Court.
