Rosemarie T. Ottomanelli has over 25 years’ experience in real estate finance and investments. Ms. Ottomanelli provides commercial real estate analytic’ and due diligence services for lenders, investors, regulatory agencies and other market participants.

The property types in the continental U.S. Ms. Ottomanelli has experience with are:  affordable housing, mixed-use, multi-family, office, retail centers, malls, special purpose (congregate care facilities, golf courses and pharmaceutical facilities); and, development of vacant land.

Ms. Ottomanelli held Board of Director roles with FIABCI-NY (Vice-President) and the ABWA-NY (Secretary). Ms. Ottomanelli taught real estate finance, capital markets and related courses at Cornell (2007) and NYU (1999 to 2006).

Her academic credentials includes:  MS Real Estate (concentrations:  Development & Investment and Valuation & Analysis) NYU; MA Sociology (concentration:  Research Methodology & Statistics) ASU; and BA Sociology (minor:  Statistics) Wagner College. Ms. Ottomanelli is a contributor to Brueggeman’s Real Estate Finance & Investments,12th Edition, McGraw-Hill.
