Professor Paul C. Bierman, Esq

Teaches at Pace University CPE

 has been lawyer since 1983.  He has been engaged in the private practice of law and served as an Administrative Law Judge. He is currently employed by the New York State Office of Court Administration.  Professor Bierman has taught the property management, real estate and notary public courses at Pace University since 2003 and has published articles on contracts and real estate.  Mr. Bierman is currently working on a guide to New York Landlord Tenant Law.Professor Bieman is a graduate of Stony Brook University and Brooklyn Law School.  He is a member of the New York and Florida Bars and is admitted to the U.S. District Courts and the United States Supreme Court.
