Fred Vigeant has more than ten years of experience in broadcast programming and audio production. He has worked the past three years as the Director of Programming and Promotion for TV and Radio at WITF in Harrisburg, PA. Prior to WITF, he worked as the Operations and Program Director of WRVO in Oswego, NY for 10 years. He is a graduate of SUNY Oswego with a BA in Broadcasting and Mass Communications. In his spare time he enjoys coffee, craft beer, running, and pinball.
