This tasting class is a guided tour of our Salumi Bar & Program. Our chef/charcutier will walk you through how we uses both new and old methods to make fantastic salami, pate, rillette prosciutto, pancetta, lomo,…

We'll taste through our offerings, right out of the caves, paired with lots of delicious wines and beers from our partners.

John Rankin from Bowler Wine will be selecting our pairings and guide the tasting.

You'll learn a lot, but mostly you'll eat and drink a lot!

Any cancellations prior to five days from the class will be issued a credit toward a future session. Any cancellations within five days of a class are non-refundable.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
