I am wondering if there are white wines included. I would love to take a friend to this class, but she only likes white wine.

Hello there! The school currently have a sparkling rose and a few whites and roses in their cheese pairing class. This, however, is subject to change as the season's progress. Each guest will receive 5 wines and 5 kinds of cheese ( all served with accruement) and the teacher will talk with the guests about each pairing. It is an interactive class & the teacher really makes room for the guests to have their own input as well. Hope this helps!

We like to keep the classes intimate, so we try to limit the group to 18 guests, but sometimes it can go up to 20.

The instructor David was very knowledgeable and the wine and cheese pairings were great. They should have served crackers though with the cheese because you are drinking a lot. It was also a little hard to hear because of the noise coming from the restaurant.
