Every few months there’s a new dietary fad. We are bombarded with information espousing the benefits of paleo, blood type, “zone,” South Beach, or raw food diets. We are told to avoid gluten and/or dairy and to eat “super” foods such as maca and goji berries, etc. etc., but how do we determine which foods or supplements are actually right for us specifically?

Energy Kinesiology’s “muscle testing,” a unique biofeedback method that can be easily mastered, offers us an ideal way to ask our own body to answer that question. Kinesiological muscle testing enables us to individualize our nutrition by determining which foods will build our life energy and boost our function so we can feel and be our best selves every day.

Note: Participants should bring those supplements or foods that they are interested in determining their compatibility with. A materials fee of $10 is to be paid directly to the instructor for an instruction booklet (includes complete protocols on how to prepare for testing, calibrate, and decipher test results – good/bad) as well as sample foods used in the class for testing (bananas, yogurt, coffee, etc.).
