Music, movement, emotional expression, voice, and sacred community create the perfect mix for healing resonance and freeing dissonance with this simple movement practice rooted in the Shamanic Way of the Bee. 

So much of modern life can be clogging. Too much rich food, thinking, worrying, mediated information and busy-ness create stagnation of limiting beliefs, unnecessary tensions of body, mind, and emotions. Movement and vocalizing allow for conscious let go! Ahhhh!

Infinity Dance also invites you to relate to a deeper Mystery and feed your soul. We welcome our inner genius and power to shine bright as we move through the brain balancing and shapeshifting the Infinity symbol. 

What to expect:

Each event will have 3 rounds of Infinity Dance with teachings and dialogue in between

1) Simply land and cultivate a group synergy

2) Clean, shake up, release & free

3) Integrate our genius, spark vision & reclaim power

Concluding with a shared community practice - conscious touch, song and/or dialogue

No dance experience required.

The movement is guided, but improvisational.

Participants need to send your full name, date of birth, time and location given in advance before they attend the workshop.
