Michele Brickner

Michele was born with a passion for movement! At an early age she fell in love with gymnastics and ballet, and later on became fascinated with martial arts. In college, she was first introduced to the yoga practice while earning her philosophy degree at the University of Vermont. However, it wasn’t until years later when she discovered the full power of a dedicated yoga practice. After going through a personal tragedy, her yoga practice transformed her in spirit and body. Most recently, she began using her practice as a perfect support for her newfound love of triathlons. It was her 200-hour teacher training at Laughing Lotus that showed her the innate fusion among these passions. Michele is constantly inspired by her teachers, and seeks to share this great healing power of yoga in a way that feels like a joyous dance for your body and soul.
