Don’t we all look forward to spring?! After a very tough year of stay-at-home orders, it is time for a fresh start. Spring is all about releasing winter sluggishness and preparing to receive summer’s abundance.
The sun shines a little brighter and nature wakes up to provide us with nutrient-dense herbs and vegetables that lighten our body and mind. With this significant change of seasons, it is important to adapt our diet and lifestyle to support a more harmonious relationship between ourselves and nature.
