What you'll learn in this chocolate making class:
Chocolate is an awe-inspiring medium with its own unique properties that allow for specific techniques and styles. As you learn to make your own chocolate, you gain an understanding of how to temper and shape chocolate, opening an entirely new world of chocolate creations. While exploring the qualities of chocolate, the creation of chocolate shells, and your own chocolate filling, you will gain a complete understanding of the physical qualities of this medium and the ability to create your own personalized chocolate bars.
In this class, you will learn how to create your own chocolate bar using tools and techniques that can be applied in your own kitchen. By understanding the psychical qualities of chocolate, you will be able to create your chocolate shells and ganache in your own home for any occasion and with any combination of flavors. During this session, you will learn everything from tempering chocolate, to cooking a perfect ganache, to piping techniques for your own bar of handmade chocolate.

You’ll take home a chocolate bar with you at the end of the class.

Refund Policy
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests 7 business days or more prior to start of a workshop can receive a 95% refund (less one time enrollment fee) or full credit towards a future workshop.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests between 7-3 business days prior to start of a workshop will receive a credit of 50% towards a future workshop.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 3 business days prior to start of a workshop will not receive any refund or credit.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
