Description
What you'll learn in this self defense class:
Connect to your strength and have it reflected in everything you do. Learn to trust your awareness, assess situations rapidly, and act on your own behalf. With guidance from certified instructors, you will learn to recognize and respond to threatening behavior with strong, assertive body language and verbal self-defense skills. Role-plays and pad drills give you the opportunity to strike with full power, speed, and commitment. In just 2 hours you will have the confidence and practical skills to create effective boundaries and respond immediately to real life situations.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

I am glad I took this class as a beginner and I wasn't looking for a series of martial arts training sessions so it was perfect for me. The class was pretty hands on and learned a lot - how to protect myself and respond to threatening behaviors by using non verbal, verbal and physical defense techniques etc taught by 2 great female instructors! Role plays and practice in different circumstances and I was shy at the beginning but hey, in 2 hours, I felt strong and confident of how I should react. I would very much recommend this class to all and it was fun too!!
